Y’all I’m so shocked at how these people did what they did. I just moved to med center , had a lot of roaches so I laid boric acid at the perimeter along the walls and all the cabinets etc . That helped a little but the problem wasn’t gone so I bought some roach motels that caught a good chunk but still had a problem .. so I called this company. They gave me a good quote said they’d be here next day . They were on time , team is cool. They must have took the roaches with them bc i only seen 3 after they left . I laid Detr. Earth (powder) around my apt and haven’t had a reason to call them back for the second treatment Problem solved . Thanks tornado im recommending to anyone with this issue . ~ Maliyah B

I had called the City and County to find out if they would come out to pick up a dead rabbit from my yard. They told me the animal had to be bagged and placed on the curb and there was no way I was going to pick up a carcass (even with gloves) or use a broom or anything to move it. I then got quotes from several dead animal removal services. Tornado Pest Control was extremely affordable. The owner dispatched Joe, the worker who then called me when he was 20 minutes away. Joe was courteous, professional and got the job done! After bagging the rabbit, he sprayed some chemical on the ground for the stench. Yes, It took him less than 5 minutes to bag the rabbit and spray the ground, but it was worth it to me! I gave Joe the cash plus a tip and we called it a day! Joe was nice and professional! We called basically in the middle of the night (probably around 11pm) and they answered and thoroughly explained to us how the process works, how much it would be and how many treatments we would likely need. Having them open in the middle of the night after realizing my dogs were being attacked by fleas (while already on monthly oral flea control) gave us some peace of mind while we slept. Plus we called on a Friday night and they were able to get out to us the next day. The whole thing was really fast, didn’t even take as long as the estimated time which was helpful as well since we just moved in and still had some things to grab from our old place. I really appreciate the owner's promt service and professionalism. For the first time, I discovered bed bugs in my home and was frantic! I needed help immediately! I perused multiple extermination sites online; all of whom, in my opinion, were over- the-top expensive. I read the Tornado Pest Control reviews and saw that they had a great rating, so I called. They were friendly and knowledgeable, but more importantly, they were affordable! I was thoroughly pleased that they were able to ratify the problem within hours of the initial phone call. Bugs gone! Had a decent amount of wasps trying to move into my attic today, first exterminator company I called could not come out for 2 days. Thankfully, I then called Tornado. Tornado answered fast and arrived within the hour. Joe was friendly and professional and got right to the task. While he was here I asked if he could help with my fire ant mound problem and he did that too. So Glad, I called them last night there was a snake in my front yard. Tornado Pest Control came right over and they were really professional about what to do in this situation. Not only did they take there time looking for the snake they even did a walk around to make sure there wasn't another snake around the house . WOW thumbs up! for your great service guys. 2 days ago i had Tornado come out and spray my apartment. We had flea problems from my cat and stubborn roaches. I was getting bit everyday by the fleas and the day he came out and sprayed he fixed the problem. I am finally relieved!! No more flea bits and no more roaches. He worked around my schedule and was very professional. Also he he came over on a Sunday which was very convenient for me. I highly recommend this company. Only guys l'd call for pest control. Super quick to reply and very reachable. They were able to get me on the schedule same week because I kept finding scorpions in the house. They were super nice - explained to me the different types of bug spray and used the best one suitable for my situation. They were also super super thorough and showed me where they might be getting in from and how to repair the areas. Will definitely be using them on an annual basis. Highly recommend! ~ Kristina B

Tornado Pest Control is the best!! He is very informative and very respectful. He guarantees his work. I was with terminix for years and when I needed assistance with a bug issue they were going to charge me outrageous amount of money. Luckily I found Tornado pest control. I have canceled my terminix and now I signed up with Tornado Pest Control. They are reasonably priced and they don't take advantage when you have a bug issue. Owner and his assistant came out to my rather larger property and did an amazing job of spraying both inside/ outside my house and a extremely large spray fan of my property to assist with but control around my house, as well as inside my garage. There standard operating procedure was 10x more than any other company that I’ve had come out to my house to address scorpion and spider control. ~ No N

Tornado was awesome. They answered the phone when I called (most of the animal removal services that said they were open 24 hour had an answering service only and texted) were responsive on a Sunday morning and sent someone out at the appointed time (they were even earlier than agreed) and their price was 1/2 of other companies. Highly recommend Tornado Pest Control! We found snakes in our yard so we called them. They came out right away and did a full inspection of our yard. They showed us everything that we can do for snake prevention and what to use. They gave us a lot of peace of mind. Tornado pest control definitely has the best prices. Joe was super professional. I had a rodent issue specifically a possum issue that Joe was able to take care of within the first couple of days. Had a few rattle snakes in my neighbors yard. He performed an inspection of my yard, helped identify possible burrows, and gave me a bunch if advice on prevention for the future.
